如何在 B 端市场打造 C 端消费级别的极致设计？是 BOE C2 设计团队要解决的问题。近半年的时间，我们对大尺寸和超大尺寸铝挤工艺进行了深度了解，并跟供应商一起研制了一体机领域第一款 45 度斜拼工艺，通过改善生产治具精度，解决了斜拼良率过低的问题，突破了业界边框拼接的界限。

How to create the ultimate design in the B-end market at the C-end consumer level? It was the problem that the BOE C2 design team had to solve. In the past six months, we have made a deep understanding of the large size and oversized aluminum extrusion process and developed the first 45-degree diagonal splicing process in the all-in-one field together with the supplier, which solved the problem of low yield of diagonal splicing by improving the precision of production jig and broke the boundary of bezel splicing in the industry.

一体机传统边框是左右上三边窄地侧宽。C2 设计团队跟研发团队对面板主板的折弯方式进行了全新设计，并全新紧凑排布，打造了业界真正的四等边框。为了增加更丰富的 CMF 细节，设计了弧形边框，采用两种不同的表面效果 - 拉丝和喷砂，提升了品质。最终，45 度斜拼、四等边框、弧形截面，双拼 CMF 等特点构建了 Edge 设计语言，并应用到了 65 到 135 寸全系列中，打造了业界第一款全系列设计语言的量产产品。

The traditional bezel of the all-in-one is narrow on the left and right side. The C2 design team and R & D team on the panel motherboard bending method of a new design. A new compact layout was also designed to create a real industry with four equal bezels. To add more detail to the CMF design, two different surface effects, brush and sandblast, were designed on the curved border to improve quality. Ultimately, features such as 45-degree diagonal spacing, four equal bezels, curved cross-section, and dual-split CMF build the Edge design language and are applied to the full 65 to 135-inch series, creating the industry's first mass-produced product with the full range of design language.
