Nokia X

Nokia X是诺基亚2014 年 2 月在世界移动通信大会（MWC）上发布了首款 Android 智能手机。该机搭载基于 AOSP 定制的操作系统，并融合了 Windows Phone 风格的磁贴界面。产品配备高通骁龙 200 双核处理器、4 英寸 WVGA 屏幕和 300 万像素摄像头，支持双卡双待与可拆卸电池，定位入门级市场。

In February 2014, Nokia unveiled the Nokia X at Mobile World Congress (MWC), marking its debut in the Android smartphone market. Built on a customized version of AOSP, the device combined Android functionality with a Windows Phone-inspired tile interface. It featured a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 dual-core processor, a 4-inch WVGA display, a 3-megapixel camera, dual-SIM support, and a removable battery, targeting the entry-level market.

Nokia X 在正式发售前，于京东商城的预约量便突破千万，首发后迅速售罄。这是我职业生涯中第一款引发如此广泛关注的产品，也让我第一次真切感受到设计如何转化为市场影响力。

Before its official launch, the Nokia X generated more than 10 million reservations on JD.com and quickly sold out upon its initial release. It was the first product in my career to attract such extraordinary market attention, giving me a firsthand understanding of how design can translate into commercial impact.

这个项目最令我难忘的，并非某个具体的设计难题，而是前所未有的开发速度。从项目立项到正式上市，仅用了约六个月，创下了我当时经历过的诺基亚项目开发速度纪录。在高度保密的项目团队中，我首次以设计 Leader 的身份，带领两位韩国设计师共同完成设计工作。这段跨文化协作与团队领导的经历，对我而言既新鲜又充满挑战，至今仍历历在目。

What made this project particularly memorable was not a specific design challenge, but the unprecedented pace of development. From initial concept approval to market launch, the project took approximately six months, setting a new speed benchmark among the Nokia projects I had experienced at the time. Working within a highly confidential project team, I took on the role of Design Leader for the first time, leading two Korean designers through the design process. This cross-cultural collaboration and leadership experience was both exciting and challenging, and it remains vivid in my memory.
